WESTCHESTER (March 10, 2014) – Robert W. Ranieri, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Greater Westchester NY/CT regional office arranged refinancing of $9.065 million for Washington Heights Apartments, a 96-unit multifamily property located at 168-174 Washington Street in Bloomfield, New Jersey. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
