Anthony Martinez

Anthony Martinez joined Northmarq in April 2022 and is an associate broker in the St. Louis office. His role includes the evaluation, consulting, marketing, and sale of multifamily assets in Iowa and Nebraska to help clients successfully execute their business strategies. 

Before joining Northmarq, Anthony worked with Cushman & Wakefield and oversaw the planning, capitalization and execution of over $100 million of commercial real estate developments and transactions. Additionally, he developed and executed global real estate portfolio strategies for clients — including a Fortune 500 company. 

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis in finance and real estate, from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2018.
