About Anthony

Anthony Pino is responsible for the origination and execution of manufactured housing investment sales throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S. He was selected by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal as a 30 Under 30 award winner in 2024.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Anthony served as an investment associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he co-founded the firm’s National Manufactured Housing group. At Cushman & Wakefield, he worked primarily with private and middle-market owners in the sale of mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, and self-storage assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked as a business development coordinator at CMG Financial supporting their loan origination business. 

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and is a graduate of The St. Paul’s School for Boys in Brooklandville, Maryland. Beyond the company, Anthony is a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) and a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida.
