Northmarq’s Investment Sales teams win Connect CRE’s 2025 Top Broker Awards
MINNEAPOLIS (April 2, 2025) — Four of Northmarq’s Investment Sales teams of the Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest and Southwest have been named among Connect CRE’s 2025 Top Brokers. The annual award recognizes leading brokers (individual and team) based on 2024 total dollar volume for investment sales and total number of transactions.

WASHINGTON, D.C.
The Northmarq Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales team, spread across three offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Richmond, Virginia, is comprised of eight individuals: Chris Doerr, Will Harvey, Ari Azarbarzin, Shack Stanwick, Anthony Pino and Matt Straughan.
In 2024, the team closed 16 multifamily transactions totaling $492.5 million in sales volume.
PACIFIC NORTHWEST
The firm’s Seattle Multifamily Investment Sales team of Joe Kinkopf, Steve Fischer, Tyler Smith, Matt Johnston, Brendan Greenheck and Taylor Wyman and three support staff handled 28 transactions totaling over $141 million in deal volume in 2024.
Notable sales included the $22 million off-market sale of the 63-unit Kavela Apartments.
Northmarq’s Pacific Northwest Commercial Investment Sales team also secured a spot, closing 56 deals totaling $354 million in 2024. The team includes Kevin Adatto, Sean Tufts, Scott Frank, Sean Mack, Michael Kapnick, Anthony Albrecht and Joe Dugoni.
Highlights included the 196,000-sq.-ft. Oregon Trail Shopping Center sale in Gresham, Oregon. The asset will be renovated from a power center to a neighborhood shopping center.
PHOENIX & SOUTHWEST
Thomas Olivetti and Taylor Sims of Northmarq’s Las Vegas office handled eight multifamily deals totaling $505.6 million in 2024.
The duo brokered 100-plus multifamily deals within the past year, and they have the No. 1 market share in Las Vegas.
