Michael Chase

Michael Chase is a managing director in Northmarq's Boston regional office and over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Michael joined Northmarq in 2012 as part of the acquisition of the former Q10 New England Realty Resources. Michael shares his knowledge of commercial real estate and capital markets with clients and arranges custom-tailored debt and equity solutions to help them meet their investment goals. 

Michael has been involved in the origination of over $2 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity for multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, self-storage, affordable housing, seniors housing, student housing, credit tenant properties and land for all phases of the investment cycle.

Michael graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Michael is designee of the CCIM institute and serves is the 2022 president of the New England CCIM Chapter. He is also the commercial committee chair for AREAA Boston and is an active member of the programs committee for the Greater Boston Board of Real Estate's Real Estate Finance Association. In addition, Michael is an associate member of the Chartered Realty Investor Society, a licensed real estate salesperson, as well as a registered notary public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
