Northmarq Recognized as a Top Workplace in Oklahoma

We are proud to announce that Northmarq has earned the prestigious title of being a Top Workplace in Oklahoma!  
 
Late last year, all Tulsa employees were asked to complete an anonymous survey about Northmarq. This survey measures employee satisfaction and engagement by asking employees to rank 15 culture drivers critical to the success of an organization. These drivers include alignment, execution, connection and more. As a direct result of employee feedback and input, we are proud to announce that, for the fourth year in a row, we have earned a title of Top Workplace in Oklahoma! This title is meaningful to our organization because it gives our employees a voice to inform our path forward.
