Daniel Vazquez
Daniel Vazquez is a senior associate with Northmarq, specializing in the sale and acquisition of single- and multi-tenant industrial properties for corporate and private clients. Daniel acts as the real estate arm of his clients’ team by guiding them through the deal execution process and advising on real estate strategy. His background in finance, sales, and asset management, along with a deep understanding of the product he sells, allows him to provide clients with up-to-date knowledge and movement of the commercial real estate marketplace.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Daniel exclusively represented and sold over 650,000 sq. ft. of commercial real estate. Before real estate, he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 and spent time in asset management at a Fortune 500 company where he advised clients on structuring their equity portfolios to optimize their risk-adjusted return. In his earlier years, Vazquez led teams and thrived in high-paced client facing roles.
Daniel graduated from Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration where he attained his Bachelor of Arts in finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California, and holds a FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 66.
