Thomas Olivetti

Thomas Olivetti joined Northmarq as vice president of Investment Sales in 2018. As a Las Vegas native, Thomas has used his local knowledge of the Las Vegas metro and Northern Nevada markets to advise clients on market conditions and opportunities that align with their investment philosophies for acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties. 

Thomas creates successful marketing strategies that ensure clients' objectives, combined with in-depth market and financial analysis to allow them to make the best decisions regarding their investments. Previously, he spent four years as an associate vice president of Investment Sales with Colliers International as a senior member of HSK Multifamily. Thomas is a graduate of Arizona State University.
