Rawley Nielsen and Mark Jensen join Northmarq to expand investment sales coverage in the Rocky Mountain region

SALT LAKE CITY (Jan. 11, 2024) — Northmarq announced today that Rawley Nielsen, managing director, and Mark Jensen, managing director, along with Darren Nielsen, senior vice president, have joined the company’s multifamily investment sales platform in the Salt Lake City office. The team will be responsible for supporting clients and growing the company’s multifamily advisory business throughout Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.

Rawley brings two decades of experience in private client and institutional investment sales to Northmarq. He joins the company following an accomplished eight-year tenure at Colliers International in Salt Lake City, where he served as president of investment sales. 

Mark has 20 years of experience in multifamily investment sales and development in Utah and surrounding region. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of investments at Colliers International in Salt Lake City. Mark is a well-recognized market leader in the region and has a robust track record transacting on hundreds of properties since 2004. The Nielsen/Jensen team has sold more than 6,500 apartment units over the past five years.

Rawley, Mark and Darren will report to Dave Martin, regional managing director based in Denver. They will work closely with Northmarq’s Salt Lake City Debt & Equity team, including Nate Barnson, senior vice president – managing director, Larry Pinnock, senior vice president – senior director, and Ben Vroman, vice president – producer.
