Darren Nielsen

Darren Nielsen is senior vice president of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Salt Lake City office, representing private capital and institutional clients in multifamily dispositions in the Salt Lake City region and throughout the Western United States. 

Darren joined Northmarq in 2024, after serving as senior vice president of investment sales for eight years at Colliers International in Salt Lake City. During his last five years with Colliers International, Darren closed over $1.5 billion in multifamily transaction volume.

Darren is a graduate of Brigham Young University and currently lives in Draper, Utah, with his wife and their three children.
