Warren Hitchcock joins Houston Bisnow panel discussing "Where is money coming from?"
HOUSTON, TEXAS (November 9, 2022) - Warren Hitchcock, senior vice president/senior director of Northmarq's Houston debt/equity team, attended the Houston Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) on November 9, where he was featured as a speaker during a panel titled, "Where is money coming from?" Although demand slowed and cap rates dropped, Bisnow noted that investors and developers are going harder this year with new construction and developments. The city is poised to be one of the top multifamily markets in Texas and the U.S., with tens of thousands of projects expected to be completed within the next 10 years. Numerous outside investors are picking the region to get top returns on their investments.
