Amar Goli

Amar Goli is a managing director in Northmarq’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, where he joined in 2023. In addition to helping expand the Commercial Investment Sales division in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic regions, his focus includes the disposition of investment properties with an emphasis on industrial and retail net leased, build-to-suit and speculative development properties, as well as sale-leaseback transactions. 

Amar is heavily involved with industrial properties in addition to shopping center and single-tenant retail properties. His clients include national and regional developers, industrial and retail tenants and private equity firms across the industrial manufacturing, 3PL logistics and shipping, automotive, restaurant and retail sectors.

Prior to Northmarq, Amar served as managing director of Industrial/Retail Transaction Services and Capital Markets at Sands Investment Group. In that role, he was responsible for the formation, growth and management of their Charlotte office in addition to his own investment sales production. Earlier in his career, Amar was a vice president at CBRE, as well as associate director of Retail and Industrial Net Leased Properties at Stan Johnson Company, which was acquired by Northmarq in October 2022. 

Amar holds a Bacehlor of Science in economics from American University and is a member of ICSC, ULI and NAIOP. He is also a SIOR candidate.
