Nolan Dunn

Nolan Dunn is an associate vice president of Commercial Investment Sales based in Northmarq’s Charlotte office. His expertise is in industrial investment sales, specializing in the industrial outdoor storage asset class. He also provides comprehensive advisory services to his clients seeking acquisition and dispositions strategies for their business and real estate holdings — most commonly structuring and executing sale leaseback transactions.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Nolan worked with Sands Investment Group on their industrial investment sales team. He has also worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their institutional equities trading group, and served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013.

Nolan is an active member in the Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) group. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Loyal University Maryland. He also graduated from U.S. Army Ranger School, U.S. Army Airborne School and proudly holds both the Expert and Combat Infantryman badges.
