Bryan Mummaw

Bryan Mummaw serves as managing director of Northmarq’s Las Vegas and Phoenix regional offices. He assists in the origination of debt and equity for owners of multifamily and commercial real estate. His in-depth experience in both financing and investment sales benefits clients throughout the entire transaction process.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Bryan was a director in Berkadia's Mortgage Banking Group. In this role, he was primarily responsible for sourcing debt and equity for private capital clients. From 2017 to 2019, Bryan was part of the Scottsdale Berkadia team that originated more than $2.9 billion in real estate transactions.

Bryan also served as an associate director with Hendricks & Partners, a firm acquired by Berkadia. In this role, Bryan was directly involved with private capital markets and advising clients on multifamily assets, selling more than $100 million in multifamily assets for private capital clients. He also previously served as director of operations for Fenix Private Capital Group, a boutique real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, rehabilitation and stabilization of distressed multifamily assets and senior notes.

He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a degree in finance.
