Bryce Quezada
Bryce Quezada is vice president, Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s San Diego office. He and his team are responsible for providing clients with creative financing solutions utilizing Northmarq’s life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other prominent capital sources.
Prior to his current role, Bryce was an investment analyst for the San Diego office where he played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of more than $350M in transaction volume for a broad range of property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage and mixed-use. Bryce's transaction experience includes permanent debt financing, supplemental financing, bridge financing and construction financing. Before Northmarq, Bryce worked at Pierce Education Properties on their acquisitions team.
Bryce served on Northmarq’s Analyst Council for multiple years and is actively involved with National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, Urban Land Institute, and the California Self-Storage Association.
Bryce graduated from San Diego State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration – real estate. He holds a license as a California Real Estate Salesperson.
