Conor Freeman

Conor Freeman is a vice president in Northmarq’s San Diego office. He is responsible for providing clients with creative financing solutions through Northmarq’s life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS lenders, debt funds, banks and credit unions. He has the ability to assist his clients with the entire capital stack, including senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and JV equity. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Conor was the director of Capital Markets for a boutique mortgage banking firm where he arranged over $200 million in transactions in core, secondary and tertiary markets nationwide, involving commercial and multifamily asset classes. He earned his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
