Carl Riggins

Carl Riggins is a vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team based in Denver, specializing in solving client capital challenges across multifamily, industrial and retail assets. Backed by 10+ years of real estate expertise in development and value-add execution, Carl provides both debt and equity solutions with clarity, leveraging more than $500 million in completed transactions to guide clients through a constantly shifting financial environment.

Carl joined Northmarq in May 2022, bringing nearly five years of experience from the Los Angeles-based mortgage banking firm Continental Partners. He entered real estate after an early role in corporate finance at Vanguard, first working as a multifamily agent with boutique brokerage Lyon Stahl. That experience sparked his interest in the capital markets side of the business, and he has since spent the past eight years building a career in real estate finance.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where he recently completed the Partnership Forum and continues to volunteer at local events. A proud University of Colorado Boulder alumnus, he graduated from the Leeds School of Business and remains an enthusiastic Buffs supporter. Outside of work, Carl enjoys the outdoors and spends his time with his growing family and two bulldogs.
