Michael Salzman

Michael Salzman is senior vice president in Northmarq’s Denver office, specializing in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate. He arranges financing with a diverse range of capital sources, including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wall Street conduits, HUD, debt funds, banks and credit unions, delivering tailored solutions for his clients.

With extensive capital markets experience, Michael has arranged over $2 billion in financing across various property types nationwide. In addition to his strong track record in the multifamily and industrial sectors, he has significant expertise in financing high-profile retail assets and is a proud member of Northmarq’s National Shopping Center Group.

Michael earned his B.A. in business administration from the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business.
