Chris Hammel

Chris Hammel is an associate producer based in Northmarq’s West Palm Beach Debt+Equity office. He has more than 10 years of experience providing commercial real estate financing solutions to developers, owners and investors across all asset classes. Striving to provide excellent customer service throughout the investment life cycle, Chris has maintained a solid reputation and vast relationships with capital sources including life insurance companies, Agency, banks and debt funds. 

Prior to Northmarq, Chris held various production roles with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Walker & Dunlop, BBVA Compass and Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Capital). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his master’s in business administration with a finance concentration from Nova Southeastern University. 

He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
