Drew Markley

Drew Markley is a vice president of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He joined Northmarq in February 2021 to facilitate expansion of the company’s Debt + Equity platform in Atlanta and focuses entirely on multifamily properties. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Drew was responsible for opening an Atlanta loan production office for a multinational commercial bank. He also previously worked at JLL on their Multifamily Debt and Equity team.

Throughout his career, Drew has successfully closed numerous transactions, including financing for acquisitions, refinances and development projects. He has established strong relationships with a diverse group of lenders and investors, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt funds, banks, insurance companies and other trusted sources. His expertise in underwriting, structuring and negotiating complex deals has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients. He takes a hands-on approach to every transaction, ensuring that his clients receive the highest level of service and attention.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama with a concentration in real estate finance.
