Van Glosson

Van Glosson is a vice president of Debt + Equity and joined Northmarq in the spring of 2022. He focuses on debt and equity placement for commercial real estate assets throughout the Southeast. Van brings more than nine years of capital markets experience during which he has been involved in the production, underwriting, marketing and closing of over $2 billion in multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel and office financings.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Van was with the Commercial Real Estate group at Georgia Banking Company in Atlanta, Georgia and prior to that he was with the Capital Markets group at JLL also in Atlanta, Georgia. Van received his BBA degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
