Gordon Larkin

Gordon Larkin is a vice president based in Northmarq’s Fresno office. Gordon has specialized in multifamily properties in the Central Valley market for over three decades.  

Throughout his career, Gordon has consistently been ranked a top salesperson within his market with a focus on providing top-notch advisory services to his clients who are local, regional and national investors. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Gordon served as vice president with The Mogharebi Group, a national multifamily investment firm. Gordon has an uncanny ability to manage relationships and match his clients’ needs with property tours, contracts and tracking escrows through closing. He is supported by a strong team that provides him with high-level property research and marketing/design capabilities, which enhances his business substantially. 

He and his long-time wife Donna have four adult children and five grandchildren with whom they enjoy spending time and traveling.
