Managing Director Robin Kane joins Northmarq, leads Multifamily Investment Sales team in new Fresno, CA office

FRESNO, Calif. (April 4, 2024) — Northmarq is pleased to welcome Robin Kane, who joins the company as managing director and will establish the company’s new office in Fresno, Calif. He will lead a team consisting of Senior Vice President Brendan Kane and Vice President Gordon Larkin, who will focus on multifamily investment sales throughout the Central Valley.

He will report to Vince Norris, regional managing director based in Northmarq’s Westlake Village office, which serves the greater Los Angeles, Calif., metro area.

With over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Robin Kane and his team have closed over $2 billion in multifamily assets, as well as $200 million in office and retail sales for high-net-worth clients and family offices. Prior to joining Northmarq, he served as senior vice president with The Mogharebi Group and senior director with Berkadia Real Estate Advisors. Since 2020, Robin has participated in closing over 95 sales exceeding $700 million. Additionally, he and his team have been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker from 2011 to 2023.

As vice president, Gordon Larkin will utilize over three decades of experience in multifamily properties within the Central Valley market.
