Grant Fleming

Grant Fleming is an associate in Northmarq’s Dallas office. He specializes in Commercial Investment Sales with a focus on net lease assets. With foundational experience in project leasing and tenant advisory services, Grant leverages his knowledge of leasing to develop a deeper understanding of the intrinsic value of properties and guide clients through pricing the sales process.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Grant worked at Weitzman — a Texas-based, retail-focused real estate brokerage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University with a minor in real estate. Grant is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR).
