Jeffrey Dannes

Jeff Dannes is a senior managing director in Northmarq's Washington, D.C. office. Prior to being promoted to senior managing director, Jeff served as vice president and production manager where his responsibilities included educating production staff with respect to the latest DUS product offerings and executional efficiencies, assisting in marketing Northmarq’s DUS capabilities to prospective borrowers, interfacing with agency, credit and investor counterparties to structure and deliver optimal capital solutions and managing the DUS transaction process to ensure exceptional client results.

Jeff joined the firm in April 2015 when AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, where he served as vice president/production manager, was acquired by Northmarq. Before joining AmeriSphere in 2005, he worked in the underwriting department of a different DUS Lender.

Jeff’s volunteer and charitable interests include Friends of the National Zoo, N Street Village and A-SPAN. Jeff received his B.S. in politics from Washington and Lee University.
