Nick Miller

Nick Miller serves as a senior director for Northmarq’s Agency Production Management team, based in Los Angeles, where he facilitates and leads the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae production nationally. He joined Northmarq in the middle of 2024 following an 11-year stint at Freddie Mac, where he served as a production director. 

Nick spent time in both Freddie Mac’s Chicago and Los Angeles offices, most recently leading their Western Region conventional production team, which was responsible for annual loan volume of approximately $10 billion. In addition, he ran Freddie Mac’s national Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) program, managing a platform that produced loan volume in excess of $1.5 billion annually and ensuring that the agency met all "Duty to Serve" goals. Nick also oversaw numerous Optigo Lender and Select Sponsor relationships during his time at Freddie Mac.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in real estate.
