John Bradshaw

John Bradshaw is senior vice president/managing director of Northmarq's Salt Lake City regional office, where he in 2017 following the company’s acquisition of his firm, Western Realty Capital Advisors. In addition to leading the Salt Lake City office since 1996, John has also handled origination of approximately $2 billion in income property loans as a mortgage banker with correspondent lenders, insurance companies, banks, Wall Street firms and other financial institutions, and as a commercial bank real estate loan officer. He’s also negotiated and sold approximately $100 million of institutional properties and joint ventures. 

John has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, beginning in 1983. His experience includes roles as vice president at BFD, analyst for Madison Realty Advisors, professor of Finance at University of Utah, vice president at Security Pacific Commercial Mortgage/Rainier Mortgage Company and principal/cofounder at North Coast Mortgage Company. 

John has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Utah and an M.B.A from Brigham Young University. He’s licensed as a real estate broker and is currently a part of the Mortgage Bankers Association. John is active in his local church and community affairs.
