Michael Padilla

Mike Padilla is a senior vice president and producer in Northmarq's Minneapolis office, where he joined in January of 2007. Prior to Northmarq, Mike spent 12 years as a vice president with Wells Fargo. He is responsible for expanding the origination and placement of commercial loans not only in the traditional office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors but has a special focus in multifamily and HUD financing. 

Mike is a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, NAIOP and Minnesota Shopping Center Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
