Morgan Machado

Morgan Machado serves as vice president based in Northmarq’s Newport Beach office. Morgan arranges debt and equity on behalf of investors nationwide for both multifamily and commercial real estate. He provides a tailored approach to every deal by utilizing Northmarq’s correspondent life insurance lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks and credit unions.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Morgan was a commercial mortgage banker at Slatt Capital, where he arranged financing for property types including but not limited to: multifamily, retail, hotel, self-storage, office and industrial. 

Morgan has a B.B.A in finance from the University of San Diego.
