Phil Grafe

Phil Grafe is an associate producer based in Northmarq's San Antonio office. Phil and his team are responsible for the investment sales and capitalizations in Central and South Texas, covering San Antonio, Austin and Texas secondary and tertiary markets. As a multifamily specialist, Phil is responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, along with oversight of underwriting, due diligence and production support.  

Prior to joining Northmarq in 2020, Phil spent two years as a capital markets analyst for JLL specializing in multifamily. During that time, he underwrote, valued and positioned over 160 assets across Central and South Texas. Prior to JLL, Phil had experience with companies such as Bakke Development Corporation and Valbridge Property Advisor in San Antonio, where he produced market research analysis and financial underwriting for the San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas markets.

Phil attended Texas A&M University and holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, finance and real estate, as well as a master's degree in land and property development.
