Robert Spiro

Bob Spiro is a managing director of the Northmarq Seattle office and is responsible for the origination of debt and equity with a variety of capital sources including life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, banks and numerous Wall Street firms. 

Bob joined Northmarq in May of 2009. In 2006, Bob became a co-branch manager with Capmark and continued as one of the branch managers when his office moved from its affiliation with Capmark to join Northmarq in 2009. In 1985, Bob went to work for GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Bellevue, Washington and continued working as a loan officer for the company when it became Capmark Finance Inc. In 1983, Bob moved to Seattle, Washington and worked for two years at Heller Financial as a loan officer. 

He was born in Montreal, Quebec; but he grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia and earned a degree in economics at the University of British Columbia.
