LAS VEGAS (August 27, 2024) — Northmarq’s Las Vegas Multifamily Investment Sales team of Thomas Olivetti and Taylor Sims completed the sale of Alta NV, a luxury multifamily community in the supply constrained Green Valley submarket of Las Vegas, Nevada. Built in 2020, the property is located at 1250 Wigwam Pkwy. in Henderson, Nevada and features 347 units averaging 904 sq. ft.

Northmarq represented the seller. The buyer was MC Companies, a Scottsdale-based private real estate company.

“Alta NV is an outstanding asset that was offered below replacement cost in a great submarket,” said Olivetti.

Alta NV is ideally located near the highly coveted Macdonald Highlands, a 1,320-acre master-planned community, the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino, and the Galleria at Sunset Mall indoor shopping center. Despite Green Valley’s high demand, the submarket is the most supply-constrained in the greater Las Vegas MSA.

In addition to being one of the few Class A developments in Green Valley, Alta NV offers best-in-class build quality with upscale finishes and a premier amenity package. Each unit features vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smart locks and more. Community amenities include: Swimming pool with tanning deck, outdoor entertainment section, private dog park, athletic center, private micro offices, entertainment spaces, speakeasy, golf simulator lounge and outdoor rooftop deck.
