Will Harvey

Will Harvey is a senior vice president responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and capital transactions for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic and is based out of the company’s Washington, D.C. office. With more than 11 years of industry experience, he has completed sales of commercial real estate assets totaling more than $3 billion (nearly 20,000 units) within the past five years and received numerous industry recognitions.

Before joining Northmarq, Will served as a vice president at Walker & Dunlop, where he handled investment sales activity in the Mid-Atlantic. Before Walker & Dunlop, he served as an associate at Cassidy Turley (d/b/a Cushman & Wakefield) where he assisted in the disposition and equity placement process with financial underwriting, preparation of marketing materials, property tours and due diligence coordination. Will’s prior experience also includes serving in the Finance department at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).

Will is a member of several industry associations including Real Estate Group, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) of DC. He is also a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from James Madison University.

He received the Top Sales Broker Team award in Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2024 and received the CoStar Q4 2024 Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award.
