PHOENIX – James DuMars, senior vice president/managing director and John Kinser, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office arranged the $11.5 million refinance of Hayden Park, a 182-unit multifamily property located at 3015 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
