CINCINNATI (January 15, 2018) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office, arranged the $10.7 million refinance of Riverfront Place, a 184,509 sq. ft. office property located at 300 Dave Cowens Drive in Newport, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
