Zar Haro

Zar Haro is a managing director in Northmarq's San Antonio office where he joined in 2020, establishing the eighth Northmarq office with Multifamily Investment Sales. Zar and his team are responsible for investment sales and capitalizations in Central and South Texas. 

In his nearly 15 years of experience, Zar personally closed over 300 multifamily investment sales and capitalizations. The team has completed over $7 billion in transactions, with his personal transaction volume exceeding $3.5 billion.
