The new team, led by Managing Director Adam Klenk, includes Senior Vice Presidents Jordan Arand and Austin Heithcock, Vice President Blake Wiser and Associate Quentin Nichols.

The new Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team brings a breadth of expertise and a proven track record in multifamily investment sales, development land transactions and strategic real estate advisory services, positioning Northmarq to deliver exceptional value to clients in the region. The team includes:
- Adam Klenk, managing director, specializes in multifamily investment sales for private and institutional clients across Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. His extensive expertise spans market-rate housing, affordable housing, student housing, build-to-rent (BTR) communities, pre-sales, general partner buy-outs and development land for all residential types. Prior to joining Northmarq, Klenk spent over a decade leading Capstone Apartment Partners' Nashville office, where he closed nearly $2 billion in sales and over 20,000 units in his last five years.
- Jordan Arand joins Northmarq as senior vice president, specializing in multifamily investment sales across Tennessee and Kentucky. With significant experience in the disposition of multifamily assets and development land, Arand has been involved in over $1 billion in transaction volume during his career. He is actively engaged in Nashville’s commercial real estate community and brings a deep understanding of market trends and opportunities.
- Austin Heithcock joins as senior vice president, bringing a comprehensive background in multifamily investment sales and a particular focus on value-add strategies, land acquisitions and adaptive reuse projects. Heithcock’s transactional expertise spans stabilized Class A communities, LIHTC developments and single-family development opportunities, with a career transaction volume exceeding $750 million.
- Blake Wiser, vice president, specializes in multifamily investment sales with a focus on heavy value-add apartments, hotel-to-apartment conversions, mobile home/RV parks and land development transactions. Known for his resourcefulness and client-focused approach, Wiser goes beyond facilitating transactions by assisting with property rezoning and valuations to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to joining Northmarq, Wiser was with Capstone, where he closed a variety of complex transactions, including adaptive reuse projects and high-potential value-add opportunities.
- Quentin Nichols, associate, specializes in multifamily investment sales, focusing on identifying, structuring and negotiating complex transactions for clients. He leverages expertise in financial modeling, market analysis and transaction management to deliver tailored solutions that optimize investment outcomes for buyers and sellers. Prior to joining Northmarq, Nichols was with Capstone for eight years where he led market analysis, underwrote financials and provided comprehensive client deliverables such as market reports, broker opinion of values and offering memorandums.
