Brian Wylie

Brian Wylie joined Northmarq in 2010 and currently serves as vice president in the New York City regional office. Brian is responsible for providing debt and equity placements for life insurance companies, CMBS platforms, agency lenders and banks. Since 2010, Brian has played a key role in analysis and placement of over $2 billion in debt financing. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Brian began his career in commercial real estate as an analyst at a mortgage banking firm. Brian was responsible for financial analysis/modeling, conducting market research, preparation of investment memorandums and assisting clients and lenders in the loan closing process. Brian graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
