Keith Braddish
Keith Braddish joined Northmarq in January 2014 and currently serves as a managing director in the New York City regional office.
Keith has been in commercial real estate for nearly 25 years and has been active in all areas of commercial real estate lending. As a real estate capital markets professional, he has placed in excess of $15 billion in mortgage financings and equity.
Prior to Northmarq, Keith worked at CBRE for 15 years, serving as an executive vice president in the CBRE Capital Markets/Institutional Group’s New York City office. Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets in 1999, Keith was a broker with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. From 1989 to 1995, he worked as a real estate appraiser/consultant in the New York City office of Koeppel Tener Real Estate Services. He was first introduced to the real estate field in 1987 in the appraisal division of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City office. Keith regularly speaks on real estate capital markets panels, has been a guest lecturer at New York University’s Real Estate Institute and has written various thought leadership articles for industry publications.
Keith specializes in debt placement, agency financing (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & HUD), mezzanine/equity placements, construction loans, structured finance and note sale financing. A New York licensed Real Estate Broker, Keith is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, as well as President of the Finance Committee. He has been honored as one of CBRE’s top brokers from 2003-2007. Keith is also affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Mortgage Bankers Association and the Tenant-in-Common Association.
