Karl Weidell is an accomplished mortgage banker who joined Northmarq in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in commercial real estate investment across the U.S. Karl takes a customized approach to provide his clients with a comprehensive financing solution that meets their unique requirements.

Karl's attention to detail has earned him recognition in the commercial real estate industry, financing and closing across all asset types. He leverages Northmarq's extensive network of preferred life insurance correspondents and banking relationships to offer his clients a range of financing strategies. He is also well-versed in direct lending products from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.

In addition to permanent mortgages, Karl offers a wide variety of structured finance options including bridge loans, participating mortgages, joint venture equity, preferred equity and mezzanine debt. He is known for his ability to tailor financing solutions to suit each client's specific needs, making him an invaluable asset to his clients.
