Alex Quenzler

Alex Quenzler is a vice president in Northmarq's Phoenix regional office and has been in commercial real estate since 2014. His focus is helping clients place debt to acquire, refinance or develop multifamily properties. Alex is actively involved in Northmarq’s agency lending platforms by sourcing debt through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He has extensive relationships with many local and regional banks and has the ability to provide a variety of financing solutions. 

Alex is a graduate from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in marketing. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Arizona Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Mortgage Banker’s Association (MBA) and Arizona Multi-Housing Association (MHA). Alex enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf and softball with friends.
