Blane C Eikenhorst

As vice president of Northmarq’s Houston office, Blane Eikenhorst is responsible for originating, underwriting, marketing and closing debt and equity financing for commercial real estate. Blane helps clients fulfill their capital needs by offering financing solutions through Northmarq’s life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other prominent capital sources.

Since joining Northmarq in 2013, Blane has closed more than 100 financing assignments for retail, industrial, multifamily, office and hospitality properties. His focus has been retail, multifamily and industrial properties throughout Texas and the Pacific Northwest.

Blane is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in finance and a master's degree in real estate. He is a member of the Aggie Real Estate Network, NAIOP, ICSC and Urban Land Institute.
