Ryan Watson

Ryan Watson is a senior vice president of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Houston office. Ryan specializes in originating debt and equity financing for commercial real estate transactions. 

Over his 12-plus year career as a mortgage broker he has closed over $3 billion in capitalizations on multifamily, retail, industrial, office and special use properties. His focus has primarily been multifamily and retail properties throughout the United States.

His focus has always been on the best possible outcome for the client. Ryan analyzes the transaction first from the investor's point of view and then advises on what he would do as an owner.

Ryan is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance and earned an MBA in Finance from Houston Christian University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
