Larry Peters

Larry Peters has over 38 years of commercial real estate experience including investment sales, debt and equity, loan sales and appraisals. Over the past 25 years and today, Larry's focus is on sourcing CRE financing across a wide variety of property types. The debt offered is typically sourced through preferred or correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, banks as well as other trusted lenders.

Larry has closed over 400 transactions in multifamily, industrial, office, retail, self-storage, hospitality and other asset types including manufactured housing and parking spaces. Larry prefers a relationship approach which has successfully created value for both borrowers and investors. While immediate needs are his focus, Larry ensures that value is created over the long term for all parties involved in a transaction.

Larry is a native Houstonian and a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a bachelor's degree of business administration in finance.

His interest and memberships include the Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Exes, Safari Club International, Texas Wildlife Association, Coastal Conservation Association, Buffalo Field Archery Club and he serves as a director on the Grace Cove Subdivision board.
