Daniel Siesser

Daniel Siesser is a senior vice president in Northmarq's Washington, D.C. regional office. He provides capital markets advisory on both debt and equity to owners, investors and developers of commercial real estate. With nearly two decades of experience, Daniel's capital relationships span across life insurance companies, agencies, commercial banks, investment banks, private equity funds, pension fund advisors and family offices. Daniel advises clients on capital for new developments, acquisitions and refinances. 

Daniel joined Northmarq in 2022, but he’s been working in commercial real estate finance in the Washington, D.C. market for his entire career. Prior to joining Northmarq, he was the top producer for consecutive years for Gimbert Realty Capital, a mortgage banking firm based in McLean, Virginia. Before that, Daniel was a loan producer for Chase Bank’s multifamily debt platform in Washington, D.C. where he successfully expanded their lending footprint into the suburban markets of the DC Metro. Daniel began his career at Deutsche Bank as a credit underwriter for their Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily lending group. 

Daniel received an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and bachelor’s in finance from Yeshiva University. A Maryland native, Daniel resides in Silver Spring with his wife and four children. In his spare time, he enjoys learning Torah.
