Ross Bender

Ross Bender is a vice president in Northmarq’s Washington, D.C. regional office. Ross is responsible for the origination, structuring and sourcing of debt and equity for all asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and self-storage.  Since his time with Northmarq, Ross has assisted in the underwriting, sourcing, due diligence and closing of over $1 billion worth of loans placed with life companies, banks and debt funds.   

Ross joined the Washington, D.C. office of Northmarq in 2017 after earning his master’s degree in real estate from American University. Prior to Northmarq, he worked at CoStar in Washington, D.C. as a sales representative and research associate.  

Ross is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a 4th generation native Washingtonian residing in Washington, D.C. and is an advisory director of the Bender Foundation Inc.
