Evan Mannis

Evan Mannis is a vice president of Multifamily Debt + Equity in Northmarq's Washington D.C. office, where he joined in July 2024. With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Evan provides a customized approach to capital solutions for entrepreneurial and institutional multifamily investors. He is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity for the acquisition, refinance or recapitalization of conventional multifamily, affordable, manufactured, seniors and student housing communities nationwide. His close collaboration with Northmarq’s Investment Sales teams is a benefit to clients, whether their business plan requires the need to finance, buy or sell assets.

By leveraging Northmarq’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD platforms; capital sources ranging from banks, CMBS, debt funds, equity partners; and Northmarq’s leading life company network, Evan's team effectively sources and structures the most competitive capital to fit clients’ business plans and maximize their returns.

Evan graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in real estate and holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. He actively participates in industry organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council and Mortgage Bankers Association.
