David Mott

David Mott serves as senior vice president of production in Northmarq's Dallas regional office. David specializes in debt, joint ventures and equity placement and construction financing for all property types. 

Prior to Northmarq, David was a vice president with Askew Investment Company where he also sourced debt & equity for commercial and multifamily properties for over ten years. 

David is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science He has numerous professional affiliations such as The Real Estate Counsel, International Council of Shopping Centers and is also a licensed real estate salesperson with the state of Texas.
