Phillip Bankhead

Serving as a senior vice president/senior director of Northmarq, Phillip Bankhead originates debt and equity placements on commercial projects primarily in the North Texas area. Capital sources include life insurance companies developed over years of correspondent relationships, in addition to CMBS lenders, debt funds, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as commercial banks. 

Phillip has been active in commercial real estate since 1984 and has broad experience in the financing of all types of income producing properties. Within the Urban Land Institute organization, he is a member of the North Texas Advisory Council and the Retail Product Council in addition to chairing the Urban Plan Committee. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
