Jordan Arand

Jordan is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Nashville office, where he specializes in multifamily investment sales across Tennessee and Kentucky. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jordan was an investment sales advisor at Capstone Apartment Partners in Nashville where he focused on the disposition of multifamily assets and development land. During his time at Capstone, Jordan was directly involved in over $1 billion of sales volume. Before joining Capstone, Jordan spent several years in J.P. Morgan’s Chicago office, raising assets in their funds business. 

Jordan is actively involved in Urban Land Institute and Phoenix Club of Nashville. He earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from Illinois State University.
